                    Rank Group awarded online casino licence

The Rank Group Plc is today pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary
company Rank Interactive Gaming (IOM) Limited has been awarded a licence by the
Isle of Man Government to operate an online casino. The site is due to go live
later this year.
