Notice of Results

The Rank Group Plc ('Rank' or 'Group') today confirms the revised date for publication of its preliminary results for the year to 30 June 2020.

In line with comments made by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) relating to the unprecedented challenges faced by companies and their auditors in preparing financial information and accounts during the COVID-19 pandemic the Group will report its results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2020 on 10 September 2020, instead of the previously announced date of 19 August 2020.  The Group's Annual General Meeting will now be held on 11 November 2020.

As previously announced on 3 July 2020, Rank expects Group underlying operating profit for the year ended 30 June 2020 to be at the lower end of the guidance range of £48m to £58m after IFRS16 (£40m to £50m pre-IFRS16) and that cash and available facilities at 1 July 2020 to be circa £140m.
