On 26 June 2013 the following persons were awarded contingent share awards under the terms of Rank's 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan with an initial market value of 155.8p per share:

The shares awarded will vest in tranches in 2015, 2016 and 2017 conditional upon, and to the extent that, the performance conditions set by the remuneration committee for the award have been achieved.
