Acquisitions and Additional Listing
The Board of Rathbones today announces the acquisition of the following
companies, all of which have, over a period, introduced investment management
clients to the Group.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing
Authority for the admission of the 1,033,693 5p Ordinary Shares which have been
issued as part consideration in connection with the acquisitions noted above.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
