Rathbone Brothers Plc (LSE:RAT) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission, of 193,585 ordinary shares of 5p each.  This relates to the Rathbone Brothers Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. These shares have not yet been allotted or issued at this time.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
