Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 750,000 ordinary shares of 5p in respect of the
Rathbone Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan and the Rathbone
International Share Incentive Plan. The shares will be allotted from time to
time to provide shares as required by the Share Incentive Plan trustees and
shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
