Notification of Transactions of Directors

During a year end verification of directors' shareholdings, the Company was
informed on 25 January 2006 that on 16 November 2005, a director, Roy Alfred
Morris, transferred 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p from his beneficial holding to
a holding in which he has a non-beneficial interest. The mid market closing
price on 15 November 2005 was £8.85. There was no change of registered
shareholder (Rathbone Nominees Limited).

Following the transfer his beneficial interest is in 248,576 shares (0.602% of
the issued share capital of the Company) and his non beneficial interest in
51,190 shares (0.124% of the issued share capital).
