Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of The Rathbone Inland Revenue Approved
Share Incentive Plan ('the Plan') in respect of the Free Share award for 2007.
The registered holder is Lloyds TSB Registrars Corporate Nominee Limited. A/c
