On 19 May 2009, ordinary shares of 5p were purchased at £8.52 by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of The Rathbone Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan ('the Plan'). The purchase was in respect of the reinvestment of dividends paid into the Plan. The registered holder is Lloyds TSB Registrars Corporate Nominee Limited. A/c AESOP1.
