Directorate Changes
Rathbone Brothers Plc today announces the appointment of two new non-executive
directors. Caroline Burton and James Barclay will take up their positions on 1
November 2003. At the end of the year Mark Leather and William Rathbone will
retire from the board.
Caroline Burton is currently a director of TR Property Investment Trust Plc and
of Trust Union Finance (1991) Plc. She was a director of Guardian Royal Exchange
Plc until May 1999 and of The Scottish Metropolitan Property Plc until June
2000.
James Barclay is currently a director of M&G Equity Investment Trust Plc, New
Fulcrum Investment Trust Plc, New Fulcrum Securities Plc and Liontrust Knowledge
Economy Trust Plc (in liquidation).
There is no information to be disclosed under rules 6.F.2 (b) to (g) in respect
of either director.
Following Mark Leather's retirement as Director responsible for Rathbones'
investment activities in Liverpool, Andrew Morris will take over this role.
