Dividend Declaration

As announced in the preliminary results statement issued today, the Board is
recommending a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2002 of
16p per ordinary share, giving a total dividend for the year of 26p. Subject to
shareholder approval at the AGM on 7 May 2003, the final dividend will be paid
on 13 May 2003 to shareholders on the register on 11 April 2003.
