Dividend Declaration - Correction

As announced in the interim results statement issued today, the Board has
declared an interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2005 of
11.5p per ordinary share. It will be paid on 14 October 2005 to shareholders on
the register on 23 September 2005 (and not 21 September 2005 as stated in the
interim results statement).
