In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), this is to notify that Sarah Gentleman, independent non-executive director of Rathbone Brothers Plc (the "Company") has been appointed as non-executive director of Draper Esprit Plc with effect from 8 September 2021. 

Draper Esprit Plc is a venture capital firm, investing in high growth technology companies with global ambitions.  Draper Esprit Plc was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 23 July 2021.
