On 28 March 2013, options over Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p were granted with an exercise price of £11.06 in accordance with the rules of the H.M. Revenue and Customs approved Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. The price of £11.06 was the closing mid-market price on 5 March 2013 of £13.82 (less a 20% discount) prior to the invitation date of 6 March 2013.

Options were granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs). Options are exercisable at the end of a three or five year savings contract commencing on 1 May 2013.
