Director and PDMR shareholdings - correction

This announcement corrects and replaces the announcement made on 26 March 2014 which included incorrect deferred share award figures.

The following directors and PDMRs have been awarded deferred awards of Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares in respect of the balance of profit share due for 2013. Shares were awarded at £17.24 being the average of the closing mid-market share price during the 20 business days prior to 10 March 2014.

Ordinarily, deferred share awards will vest on the third anniversary of the award. Vesting is not subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions but all or part of an award may lapse in certain circumstances, for example in the event of the director or PDMR being considered a 'bad leaver'.
