Board Change
Rosenblatt Group plc, an independent City law firm today announces that non-Executive Chairman, Brook Land has resigned and will be succeeded by non-Executive Director, Stephen Davidson.
Non-Executive Chairman, Stephen Davidson, commented: "The Board would like to thank Brook for overseeing our successful admission to AIM earlier this year. As well as the change announced today, we are in the process of appointing two new non-executive directors to strengthen the Board further. I look forward to working closely with Nicola and her team as we build a profitable and growing business that delivers significant value for shareholders over the long-term."

Stephen Davidson, non-Executive Chairman
Stephen (aged 62) has over 18 years as a director of both publicly listed and private companies. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Actual Experience plc, Datatec Limited and PRS For Music Limited. He is also Non-Executive Director of Informa plc and Restore plc. In his earlier career Stephen was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Telewest Communications plc and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at WestLB Panmure.
