REA announces that it has today received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that, on 2 February 2010, the persons listed below, all being persons connected with Mr R M Robinow (the chairman of REA), sold in London the following numbers of 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of REA at a price of 109p per share:
