Notification of transactions by a director and connected persons

REA announces that on 7 February 2015 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr M Parry, a director of the company, purchased in London on 6 February 2015 6,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 304.58p per share.
