R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REA" or the "company")

Further re issue by REA of up to £37.5 million nominal of 7.5 per cent dollar notes 2022 ("new dollar notes")

Further to the announcement made on 21 November 2016 in connection with the issue of $24,035,218 nominal of new dollar notes by way of an exchange offer and placing, REA announces that admission of such new dollar notes to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities has today become effective.  Accordingly $24,035,218 nominal of new dollar notes have been issued and allotted at 100 per cent of their principal amount.

$13,810,218 nominal of the outstanding 7.5 per cent dollar notes 2017 (the "existing dollar notes") have been acquired for cancellation pursuant to the exchange offer and, accordingly, there remain $20,200,785 existing dollar notes in issue.
