Further re issue of sterling notes by REA Finance

Issue by REA Finance of up to £40 million nominal of 8.75 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2020 ("new sterling notes")

Further to the announcement made on 4 September 2015 in connection with the issue by REA Finance of £300,000 nominal new sterling notes, by way of an extended placing, REA Finance announces that admission of such new sterling notes to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities has become effective.  Accordingly £300,000 nominal of new sterling notes have today been issued and allotted at 100 per cent of their principal amount. 

Following the further issue of new sterling notes, the total number of new sterling notes in issue is £26,852,000.
