Further re placing of ordinary shares

It was announced on 6 October 2015 that the issue of 1,754,260 new ordinary shares of 25p each (the "new ordinary shares") at a price of 260p per share, pursuant to an institutional placing, a further subscription and an adjusted related party placing, remained conditional upon the admission of such shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

Admission has now become effective and the 1,754,260 new ordinary shares have been issued.
