The company received notification on 9 January 2004 that Mr John Keatley, a
director of the company, no longer has a notifiable interest under Section 198
of the Companies Act 1985 in the company's issued ordinary share capital.

This notification is as result of a recent increase in the company's issued
ordinary share capital.

Mr Keatley's interests in the company, which are unchanged, are as follows:
