R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REA") and REA Finance B.V. ("REA Finance")

Purchase of 9.5 per cent guaranteed sterling notes 2015/2017 ("notes"), issued by R.E.A. Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of REA.

REA and REA Finance announce that REA Finance has purchased £2,460,000 nominal of notes at a price of 105.45.
