Transactions in own shares

REA announces that, pursuant to the authority granted at an extraordinary general meeting of  shareholders on 11 June 2013, it purchased (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) 1,000 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 480p per share on 11 June 2014. 

The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of such shares, REA holds 1,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,084,269 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
