Transactions in own shares

REA announces that it made the following purchase (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) of its ordinary shares of 25p each:

12,500 shares at a price of 482p per share on 16 July 2014.

The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.

Following such purchases, REA holds 68,131 ordinary shares in treasuryand has 35,017,138 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
