Transactions in own shares

REA announces that it made the following purchase (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) of its ordinary shares of 25p each:

6,869 shares at a price of 482p per share on 17 July 2014.

The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.

Following such purchases, REA holds 75,000 ordinary shares in treasuryand has 35,010,269 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
