Transactions in own shares

REA announces that it made the following purchase (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) of its ordinary shares of 25p each:

19,000 shares at a price of 480p per share on 24 July 2014.

The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.

Following such purchase, REA holds 94,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 34,991,269 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
