Transactions in own shares

REA announces that it made the following purchases (through Mirabaud Securities LLP):

8 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 482p per share on 7 July 2014; and

10,115 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 481p per share on 9 July 2014.

The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of such shares, REA holds 39,319 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,045,950 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
