Transactions in own shares

REA announces that it made the following purchase (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) of its ordinary shares of 25p each:

6,311 shares at a price of 478p per share on 14 July 2014.

The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.

Following such purchases, REA holds 55,631 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,029,638 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
