                             Grant of Share Options

The Adventis Group, the full service multimedia and advertising agency, today
announced that it has granted share options to its Managing Director, Charles
Phillpot, under the Adventis Long Term Share Incentive Plan. 350,000 ordinary
shares are being granted at a market price of 36.7p.

These share options are dependent on the performance of the company over the
next three financial years, including the Company's financial year ended 31
December 2006.
