                               RE: SHARE OPTIONS


The Adventis Group, the full service marketing and advertising agency, today
announces that it has granted unapproved share options to its Managing Director,
Charles Phillpot, under the Adventis Executive Option Scheme. 100,000 ordinary
share options have been granted at an exercise price of 35.37p. The options may
be exercised from 1st November 2009 and expire on the 10th anniversary of the
date of issue. Following this grant, Charles Phillpot now holds options over
488,158 ordinary shares.
