                  Record and Payment Dates for Final Dividend

Adventis Group plc ('the Company'), the specialist multi-media marketing and
advertising agency, announced its maiden preliminary results for the year ended
31 December 2004 on 10 March 2005. At this time a final dividend of 0.40 pence
per share was announced. The Company announces today that the Record Date and
Payment Date for this final dividend are 6 May 2005 and 3 June 2005
respectively.
