                         Passing of Resolutions at EGM

The Directors of Adventis Group plc, ('Adventis' or the 'Company'), the full
service marketing and advertising agency, wish to announce that the resolutions
relating to the approval of the Adventis Long Term Share Incentive Plan, the
Adventis Equity Partnership Plan, the Adventis Sharesave Scheme, and that the
Directors are authorised to vote on any matter concerning these schemes, as
detailed in a circular sent to shareholders on 29 September 2006, were passed at
an extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') held on 18 October 2006.
