Further Update on sale of Technology division

Further to its announcement on 13th June 2012, Adventis announces that it has been informed by its bank, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, ("LBG"), that LBG has today concluded a sale of the Company's bank debt, together with assignment by LBG of its security rights under the terms of the bank debt to RCapital Partners LLP ("RCapital"). RCapital is a specialist private investment business providing growth and turnaround funding for UK and European businesses.

The directors are in discussions with RCapital to clarify their intentions for the Company and a further announcement will be made to shareholders as soon as practicable.
