                                Grant of Options

Adventis Group plc announces that it has granted options over 401,532 Ordinary
Shares at an option price of 31 pence per share under the Company's share option
schemes.

Of the options awarded, options over 125,000 Ordinary Shares at an option price
of 31 pence per share, were awarded to Charles Phillpot, a director of the
Company. The Options may be exercised with effect from 1 July 2008 and will
expire on the 10th anniversary of their award. Following the grant of these
options, Mr Phillpot has a total of 388,158 options awarded to him.
