Grant of Share Options

Adventis Group, the full service multimedia and advertising agency, announces that the following grants of share options under the Adventis Long Term Share Incentive Plan have been made:

Charles Phillpot	521,008
Peter Linnell	277,311

The number of share options granted to each of the above has been determined based upon the share price of 29.75 pence. The options which have been granted for nil consideration are exerciseable in 3 years' time dependent upon the performance of the Company over each of the three financial years ending 31 December 2010, including the current financial year.
