Adventis Group plc ('the Company'), the specialist multimedia and marketing
agency, today announces that it has issued and allotted 930,300 new Ordinary
Shares of 0.25p each as part of the initial consideration for the acquisition of
Affiniti (UK) Ltd, a leading marketing, design and advertising agency within the
healthcare sector. The terms of such acquisition have already been announced on
16 December 2004.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares
of 0.25p each in the Company and trading of these new shares on AIM is expected
to commence on 10 January 2005.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue of equity is
32,509,248.
