                             LEAGUE TABLE RANKINGS'


Adventis Group Plc ('Adventis' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed full service
multimedia marketing and advertising agency, is pleased to announce that the
company has featured highly in recent business and media industry league table
rankings (quoted figures on Adventis' performance relate to the 2006 calendar
year).


Business XL, the monthly award-winning magazine for growing companies, listed
Adventis 12th in its annual survey, 'Top 50 Rising Stars', which identified the
UK's 50 best, mid sized, fast-growing companies or 'Stars'.


Adventis was lauded for its growth in turnover, which had risen 60 per cent to
£32 million, both organically and through acquisition following acquisitions of
Healthcare agency Roundhouse and financial services media buyer Coltman - the
acquisitions accounting for half that growth.


In its latest edition, Campaign, the leading weekly magazine for the advertising
and communications industry, listed Adventis 30th out of the Top 50 advertising
agencies in the UK, by way of gross income growth. The publication also singled
out Adventis as one of only two agencies in the UK to have grown revenue by more
than 50 per cent.


The Company featured in Campaign's 'Top Ten of UK Agencies' by operating profit
margin on gross income, where Adventis was listed as 7th equal, having
generating a profit margin of 19.1 per cent., on an 8.1 per cent margin
improvement over the previous period.
