Adventis Group Plc ('Adventis' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed full service
multimedia marketing and advertising agency, is pleased to announce a number of
recent new account wins.


Premium Media, part of Adventis' media planning and buying division, has
recently been appointed by Shelbourne Developments and Savills to provide, as
part of a global campaign, non-US media planning and buying services in the
promotion of The Spire development in Chicago. This development, which is 150
floors high and comprises 1,200 apartments, is scheduled for completion in 2009,
with a Gross Development Value of approximately $2.4 billion.


Premium Media has also been appointed by its existing client, Tudorvale
Properties, to provide media planning and buying and marketing consultancy, for
the construction and sale of 200 residential units, situated close to the Old
Street Roundabout, London, EC1.


In addition, Adventis PR (Property) is pleased to announce that the division has
won a number of new mandates recently, namely:


   •  Le Clos des Charmes - a self-build development in the Dordogne, France.
   •  Edward Ware Homes - a Bristol-based developer
   •  Genesis Homes - a housing association
   •  Allamanda - a development in St. Lucia
   •  Merryweathers Overseas - an estate agent focusing on emerging markets


Adventis PR has also just begun work for another client, British Romanian, a
UK-based developer with a large residential development site in Romania.
