                Trading Update and Interim Results Notification


Adventis Group plc ('Adventis' or 'the Group'), a specialist multi media
marketing and advertising agency, will be announcing its maiden interim results
for the six months to 30 June 2004 on 6th September 2004.



The Group successfully floated on AIM in July in a placing that raised £3.6
million. Since its flotation, the business of Adventis has continued to grow and
its interim results to 30 June 2004 are expected to be ahead of management's
expectations at the time of flotation.



In its prospectus issued at the time of flotation, the Group stated its
intention to undertake  selective and strategic corporate activity. In this
regard, the Group's management are pleased with progress and Adventis looks
forward to announcing further details of corporate activity  at the appropriate
time.



Charles Phillpot, Chief Executive, commented today:



'We anticipate that our maiden interim results will be ahead of earlier
management expectations.  Adventis continues to benefit from the recovery in the
market and our existing core businesses are performing well. Our expansion
programme is well advanced and we look forward to announcing details of
potential corporate activity in due course.
