Acquisition of Community Magazines Limited
Trinity Mirror plc ('Trinity Mirror') announces that its wholly owned
subsidiary Trinity Newspapers Southern Limited has agreed to acquire the
entire share capital of Community Magazines Limited for a consideration in
cash of approximately £1.1 million, subject to the consent of the Secretary of
State for Trade and Industry.
Community Magazines Limited is a privately owned publisher of free fortnightly
A4 community magazines, operating out of Wimborne, Dorset. The distribution
area of its magazines is contiguous with Trinity Mirror's Blackmore Vale
Magazine.
