Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to
the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the
Official List.

These shares will be issued following the exercise of options under the
Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme.

Copies of this brochure are available for inspection from the Document Viewing
Facility of the UK Listing Authority during the next two business days and from

up to and including 14 days from date thereof.
