       Trinity Mirror Plc Completes Sale of Berkshire Regional Newspapers

Trinity Mirror plc announces that following an agreement with Berkshire Media
Group Ltd, a subsidiary of The Dunfermline Press Ltd, on 19 July 2007 allowing
it to acquire Berkshire Regional Newspapers, the sale of that business has been
completed.
