Trinity Mirror plc has today received a notification that Mrs Gillian Birch,
the wife of Peter Birch, a non-Executive Director of Trinity Mirror plc, now
has a holding of 702 shares in Trinity Mirror plc as a result of accepting the
merger offer for Mirror Group PLC.
