Dealing by Director - Charles Philip Graf - 21.12.99
Charles Philip Graf today exercised an option over 55,298 shares at an option
price of £2.104. Mr Graf sold 32,393 shares resulting from this exercise at a
price of £6.32 per share, which raised sufficient cash to meet the funding
costs of exercising these options and his income tax liability arising there
from. The balance of shares have been retained by Mr Graf.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Graf's beneficial holding in Trinity
Mirror plc has increased from 31,412 ordinary shares of 10p each, to 54,317
ordinary shares of 10 p each representing 0.019% of the issued share capital.
Following this notification Mr Graf has options over 181,118 shares.
