The Board of Trinity Mirror plc ('Trinity Mirror') announces that the disposal
of BTNL to Independent News & Media (Northern Ireland) Limited (a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Independent News & Media plc, 'Independent News & Media') was
completed yesterday.
