The Company has today received notice that UBS Asset Management Limited,
Phillips & Drew Limited and UBS Asset Management International Limited have an
interest in 32,024,695 (previously 31,787,573) ordinary 10p shares of the
company.  This represents 11.05% (10.96%) of the issued share capital of the
company.
