GENERIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Company has today received notification from Tweedy, Browne Company LLC.
advising that the aggregate interests of their clients and affiliates in
Trinity Mirror Ordinary Shares is 12,919,094, which represents 4.4% of the total
current issued share capital.
Within that holding, Mellon Nominees (U.K.) Ltd have a total holding of
11,279,046, representing 3.877% of the current issued share capital of
290,890,297.
