GENERIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Company has today received notification from Phillips & Drew informing
them that UBS Asset Management Limited,

Phillips & Drew Life Limited, UBS Asset Management International Limited and
their holding company UBS Asset Management Holding (No.2) Limited no longer
have a notifiable interest in the ordinary 10p share capital of the Company,
their holding in the Company having fallen below 10%.
