The Company has today received notification that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, have non-beneficial interests in 29,467,123 (previously
26,502,738) Trinity Mirror Ordinary Shares, representing 10.12% (previously
9.11%) of the issued share capital.
